Etsy: Made in Canada Awesomeness

This past Saturday was the Etsy: Made in Canada show. May I say: what a complete success!! It was one of my most favourite shows I have ever done. Thank you to Etsy who did such an amazing job organizing and promoting the sale – the crowds never ceased! And thank you to all of you who came, browsed, bought, and supported handmade goods! Crafters like me would be nothing without great customers like yourselves. If you missed the sale, click here to view all the lovely handmade wares for sale on their Etsy homes.

I hope this won’t be the only Etsy: Made in Canada sale, and I sincerely hope I will be invited to join (if) ever they organize another one.

And for those of you who missed out on Kanye and Harry Potter (they flew like wildfire!) I will be selling these two lovely boyfriends and more at the Canadian Cancer Society’s OktoberFEAST on Thursday October 16th at Wychwood Barns. Can’t wait to see you there!

Here are some snaps from Etsy: Made in Canada.

Etsy: Made in Canada Show!

Picture 14
Good morning(ish)! I’ve had a nice summer relaxing, focusing on my design business, and taking a break from big shows. However, now that Autumn has hit, I’m happy to say I’ve been invited to be a part of a few great craft events! One of them being Etsy: Made in Canada. This is an awesome event because all across Canada on September 27th pop-up craft shows will be promoting all the wonderful independent makers Etsy has to offer. I’m so happy to be one of them! There are two markets in Toronto to check out, one at the MaRS building and one at OCADU. I’ll be sitting behind a little table at the MaRS Discovery District at 101 College Street from 10am – 4pm!

I am also happy to announce that I have been invited to sell at the Press Gala the night before, so if you’re lucky enough to have a press pass, I’ll see you there!

Summer Sunset Market Round 2

I am happy to announce that Brooch Boyfriends will return to another of Toronto Indie Arts Market’s Summer Sunset Series! I will be selling my brooches on Thursday August 21st at the Gladstone from 7pm – 11pm. Come by, browse, and shop! There were some truly talented artisans at the last show (Dot Handmade and Bread & Circus were among my most favourite). Support local artists and handmade good things!

Summer Sunset Market!

Hey everyone! I have been a little quiet lately, I’ve been working on my graphic design business the past few months. But summer is here which means craft show season has begun again! I am pleased to announce that I will be selling at the Toronto Indie Arts Market Summer Sunset series on Thursday July 17th! The show is from 7pm to 11pm at the Gladstone Hotel. I can’t wait!
